The apprenticeship contract enables companies to train a student on a sandwich course, while benefiting from financial aid and an advantageous legal framework. Students share their time between the company and ISMAC, acquiring practical skills related to their training. This scheme is an effective way of anticipating recruitment needs and integrating a profile suited to the company's requirements. The apprenticeship contract is open to young people aged 16 to 29, and entitles the employer to partial or total exemption from social security contributions.
An internship enables companies to take on a student for a fixed period of time and entrust him/her with specific tasks in line with his/her training. It's an effective way of temporarily reinforcing a team, bringing a fresh perspective to an issue, or testing a future employee before hiring. The regulatory framework requires an internship agreement between ISMAC, the company and the student, with clearly defined missions. Gratification is compulsory for internships lasting more than two months. The trainee remains in training and cannot replace an employee in a permanent position.
